Mike D'Avolio is a Senior Tax Accountant at Index Fund Advisors, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Attorney with many years of experience in the tax field. Mike worked at Price Waterhouse and has spent time with Intuit in various roles, such as tax law specialist, tax instructor, customer and a business operations analyst. He is well versed in individual and business taxation as well as large scale changes to the tax code (i.e. OB3, Cares Act, Tax Cut and Jobs Act, Affordable Care Act).

Mike lives in Mission Viejo, CA and enjoys outdoor recreation, traveling and spending time with his two sons, Brad and Matt.
