The Financial Encyclopaedia

A Comprehensive exposition of all departments of finance, its leaders, institutions, histories, events and subjects, compiled and published for the first time in book form by Christopher Shea, 1911. 

This is a very large and thick volume beautifully bound in an all leather binding. The title on the cover is contained in a gilt border. The spine is decorated with five raised bands and contains the title in gilt. All three sides of the text block are gold gilt as well. There are numerous full page photographs each protected by a tissue guard.
