They read excerpts from articles written in 1979 and 2012, showing that financial writers continue to cycle in their prognostications of stock mortality.  Mark shows both the IFA Index Calculator and Market Timers' Forecast Accuracy chart, concluding that volatility may forever be built into the market and that a buy and hold strategy can be the most effective way to ride out that volatility.
