Sarah Simoneaux, founding partner and president of Simoneaux & Stroud Consulting Services (SCS), talks to Mark Hebner and Tom Cock about the new rules of 401(k) plans that are effective on April 1st and discusses transparency and fiduciary liability of plans. In her role with SCS, she provides consulting and training services to qualified retirement plan service providers, such as third party administrators. She served as past president of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and was formerly a Third Party Administrator (TPA) in Southern CA where she administered more than 1,000 plans.
