How to read the Annualized Returns Matrix: You can locate the annualized compounded rate of return for this simulated Index Portfolio for a designated time period by following these easy instructions: Locate the column for the beginning year of the period. Years are labeled at the top and the bottom of each column. Then, locate the ending year of the period on the left-most vertical column. The annualized return can be found where the firstyear's column intersects with the ending year's row.
